"GUB-GLAM"

GUB-GLAM is a Thai term for food eaten as an accompaniment to alcohol beverage  beer, or cocktails, very similar to Japanese Izakaya or Spanish Tapas. GUB-GLAM consists of a variety of foods, including both main dishes and side dishes. In THAILAND, when alcohol is consumed, it is customary that the drinks are always accompanied with some sort of foodstuff, which usually quite salty, citrus, & spicy and served in relatively small portions.
