In Honor and Loving Memory of The Father of our Nation "King Bhumibol Adulyadej. These five dishes were His Majesty's favorites

 (1) KAI PRA-ARTHIT

Thai style Frittata with shrimp, jasmine rice, soya sauce, & eggs

(2) LHON BHU-KHEM

 Asian vegetable crudite with savory coconut & salted rice paddy crab dip

(contains chicken & shrimp)

(3) KANA MOO-GROB

gai-lan (chinese broccoli) + sugar snap peas wok fried with premium oyster sauce, smashed garlic & chilis & fish sauce

(4) PLA TOD PRIK-KHING

crispy fish fillet & string beans, sauteed with homemade curry paste, fresh kaffir lime, palm sugar & fish sauce 

serve with steamed jasmine rice

"GUB-GLAM"

is a Thai term for food eaten as an accompaniment to alcohol beverage  beer, or cocktails, very similar to Japanese Izakaya or Spanish Tapas. GUB-GLAM consists of a variety of foods, including both main dishes and side dishes. In THAILAND, when alcohol is consumed, it is customary that the drinks are always accompanied with some sort of foodstuff, which usually quite salty, citrus, & spicy and served in relatively small portions.

All menu items are created by our chefs Satang Ruangsangwatana & Lekki Limvatana with the use of organically grown veggies and herbs from our chefs's home garden to your table.
